How to Bid

Bidding takes about a minute to learn. Here is the whole process, from creating an account to collecting your win in Ogden.

   Create a free HiBid account

   Our catalogs are hosted on HiBid. Create an account once and you can bid in every Treasure Trove auction. Registration is free and takes about a minute.

   Browse this week's catalog

   Every lot has photos, a description and a condition note. Bidding opens as soon as the catalog is published and starts at $5 on most lots.

3. 3

   Place a bid or set a maximum

   You can bid the current increment, or set a maximum bid and let the system bid on your behalf up to that amount. You only ever pay one increment above the next highest bidder.

   Watch the closing timer

   Lots close on a staggered soft-close timer. If someone bids in the final moments, the timer extends so you always get a chance to respond.

5. 5

   Pay your invoice

   Winners receive an invoice by email when the auction closes. Pay online before you come to collect.

   Pick up locally in Ogden

   Collect your lots at 3651 Wall Ave Suite 1000, Ogden, UT 84405 during the pickup window listed in that auction's terms. Bring your invoice, printed or on your phone. Lots not collected in the window are forfeited.
